We reserve the right to change or withdraw any benefits of the Beauty Box subscription Programme or suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason
Ordering Process and Subscription Cost
Beauty Box is a subscription service that lets you pick 5 deluxe sample products each month that you really want to try out. Beauty Box is available for, United Kingdom, Jersey and Guernsey.

Get started by simply choosing the five products you want to try the most.
You can subscribe for 3, 6 or 12 months or give it a try as a one-off. Pricing as detailed:
- One-off £13.95
- 3 Months £13.50 / month
- 6 Months £12.75 / month
- 12 Months £11.95 / month
The monthly cost includes delivery.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until the end of your subscription period.
The date of you first subscription box purchase will become your monthly subscription billing date. E.g., if you place your order on the 6th of February for your first subscription box, the 6th of the month will be your monthly billing date. Your subscription renewal and next box payment will be 1 month from this date e.g., 6th March.
We reserve the right to choose a similar replacement in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order selection/s at the point of despatch.
Your Beauty Box order will be despatched separately from any other Feelunique order. By placing a Beauty Box subscription order, you are acknowledging that you will receive a product feedback review and marketing email relating to the products you have selected.
Customers are only eligible for one order of Feelunique Beauty Box per month whether placed via subscription or a single purchase. For the avoidance of doubt this means:
- only one Beauty Box subscription can be registered on an account
- if registered for a subscription Beauty Box you cannot make a single purchase of Beauty Box
- if not registered for a Beauty Box subscription and making a single purchase Beauty Box, you will not be able to make a subsequent single purchase Beauty Box until at least the same date in the following month
When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you will immediately choose your first 5 products and pay for your first subscription box.
Following the creation of your subscription and first order completion, you will then have the opportunity to choose your products for the subsequent month of your subscription within your Feelunique account. Then 7 days before despatch the subscription orders will auto-generate with your 5 products if the products have not yet been selected by yourself. This process repeats itself for every month of the subscription.
7 Days prior to despatch an advisory email will be sent to remind you that your next Beauty Box despatch is approaching and inviting you to log into your account to choose or edit your products for that month, If you do not log in to your account within the indicated timescales we will proceed with selecting your products for that month via auto-selection. All products selected through auto-selection will NOT have been received previously within the same subscription.
In the unlikely event that a product you select is out of stock, we will advise you by email to offer an alternative selection available. If an alternative product is not selected the day prior to despatch, your subscription order will despatch with a product chosen by us.
From setting up your initial subscription service you will have a cooling off period of 14 days where you can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Care Team
Monthly Subscriptions auto-renewal
At the end of your subscription period your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same successive three-, six- or twelve-month period as you as your initial subscription at the then-current rate for that subscription period as advertised at www.feelunique.com/beauty -box on the date of the first payment for the new subscription period, using the same payment method. You will automatically be charged for each successive subscription term period at the then-current subscription rate as advertised at www.feelunique.com/beauty -box until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscriptions auto-renewal
You may turn off your subscription auto-renewal at any time
If your payment fails, we will retry the payment up to 4 times and you will be notified by emails.
If you receive an email detailing a payment issue against your subscription, please log into the ‘My Account’ area and check or update your payment information that you have provided us. Should you need any assistance with this, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to resolve any issues.
You will be required to hold valid payment details for the life of your subscription. Any payment failure must be rectified and any failure to do so within 3 months of failure will result in us taking appropriate legal action to claim outstanding charges for the remaining subscription period and our administration costs to do so.
Promotion Codes and Gift Vouchers
Promotion Codes and Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the Beauty Box.
The subscription of Beauty Box will not count towards your Feelunique Reward Spend Balance.
Resale of a product
You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples that you may receive from us.
If we suspect fraud or misconduct, Feelunique Beauty Box subscription may be refused or cancelled at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Member's Beauty Box subscription account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if the Member supplies false or misleading information to us, if we consider that the Member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, then you can simply stop using the Website at any time. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about our Terms please contact us. If Feelunique has a change of control or is sold or if we decide to sell or transfer the Programme to another company, we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to such other company or acquirer without any further consent on the understanding that the nature of the processing of Members data will not change from that which consent was originally given. We may disclose or transfer all information we hold about all Members to any new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of Members in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company or acquirer until the Terms are changed by such company or acquirer and new consent given.”
