We are now offering a pre-order service for products soon to be available on our website.
You will be able to place orders which contain pre-orders and normal products.
To pre-order a product please follow these simple steps:
- If the product you are interested in purchasing is available for pre-order, this will be displayed both on the product page and within the ‘Product Description’. This will also include the date that the product is expected to be available for despatch
- Select the quantity of the product that you would like to pre-order from the ‘Qty’ drop down menu and select the ‘Pre-order Now’ button, located where the ‘Buy now’ button would usually be
- A new window will appear explaining that the product has been added to your Shopping Bag. You will then be given the option to either, ‘View shopping bag’ or ‘Continue shopping’
- Selecting ‘View shopping bag’ will bring you to your ‘shopping bag’ and will look similar to the below image
- Selecting ‘Continue checkout’ will take you to our final ‘Order summary’ page. Here you will be able to checkout in the same way as placing an order
- Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, and will also be able to view your order in the ‘My order’ section of your account. Please click here to open your ‘My order’ page
You will be charged for the pre-order product at the point the order is placed and can cancel the product any time up to despatch. Please click here to be redirected to self-service.
Pre-order can only be shipped by standard delivery.
Gift with purchase and samples are excluded for a pre-order only shopping bag.
