*Feelunique is closely monitoring the developments related to COVID-19 and adhering to all regulations and guidelines from the World Health Organization and local public health authorities.

We have implemented every measure recommended, as well as additional safeguards, to promote a safe environment for our employees within our distribution centres.

As a result, order despatch may be delayed and may take 4-5 working days from the date of the order being placed. 

With that in mind, we appreciate your continued patience if you experience a delay in your shipment. Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you.

Delivery Options and Pricing

We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all orders to the USA over $50

Please find below a table with our current delivery options and respective costs.

We normally expect to despatch orders within 1 working day, however in really busy periods like after Black Friday we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to French Colonies such as; French Polynesia, French Guiana, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Islands.

Please note:

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods by IATA. This will impact our ability to deliver to certain destinations and use certain delivery methods. The delivery options available for your order will be able to be selected when you checkout.

Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures. To find out more about Customs/VAT please click here.

Feelunique will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Feelunique will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
