COVID-19 Delivery Information

Following the UK Government’s covid-19 announcement our distribution centre falls under the highest tier zone and with an increasing number of cases in the UK we are implementing extra measures in our distribution centre to protect our colleagues as much as possible. This results in fewer people processing orders than we have been operating with and this along with our New Year’s Day break is slowing down our deliveries.  We normally deliver our standard orders in 2-3 days in the UK but this may increase to 7 working days.  Please bear with us as we want to ensure the safety of our colleagues at this time. We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all orders to Norway over 250kr (Norwegian krone)

Pre-orders are excluded from Express delivery.

Please note:

The delivery options available for your order will be able to be selected when you checkout. Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods by IATA which impacts our ability to deliver to certain remote areas using this delivery method. Our team will contact you if your order is impacted.

Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures. 

Feelunique will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Feelunique will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.

 

VAT and Customs Fees:

Feelunique is part of the VOEC scheme and is liable for collecting VAT on sales to Norwegian consumers on low value goods below 3000 NOK per item.
