Free delivery on all orders to Jersey and Guernsey over £20
We normally expect to despatch orders fulfilled by Feelunique within 1 working day, however in really busy periods like after Black Friday we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.
For orders fulfilled by our Concession Brands, please view the despatch timescales, delivery timescales, delivery charges and returns information on the specific product page. Delivery options and charges will be set up by each Concession Brand and you will be able to select these on the ‘Order Summary’ page when you checkout.
Signature is required upon delivery.
Personalised products such as engraving, Pre-orders, Pick 'n' Mix and Subscribe Me are excluded from Express delivery.

Feelunique will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Feelunique will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
