COVID-19 Delivery Information

Dear customers, our distribution centre closed briefly on New Year’s Day to give our colleagues a much needed break.  Following the UK Government’s covid-19 announcement our distribution centre falls under the highest tier zone and with an increasing number of cases in the UK we are implementing extra measures in our distribution centre to protect our colleagues as much as possible. This results in fewer people processing orders than we have been operating with and this along with our New Year’s Day break is slowing down our deliveries.  We normally deliver our standard orders in 2-3 days in the UK but this may increase to 7 working days. Please bear with us as we want to ensure the safety of our colleagues at this time. Delivery Options and Pricing

We are pleased to offer free tracked delivery on all orders to the Jersey & Guernsey over £20.

Please find below a table with our current delivery options and respective costs.

For orders fulfilled by our Concession Brands, please view the despatch timescales, delivery timescales, delivery charges and returns information on the specific product page. Delivery options and charges will be set up by each Concession Brand and you will be able to select these on the ‘Order Summary’ page when you checkout.

Feelunique will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Feelunique will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
