This has enabled us to improve our delivery options, add the ability to pre-pay duties and pay in local currencies for selected countries.

For these orders, they will still be fulfilled by Feelunique however customers will be billed by Borderfree when their order is despatched.

Borderfree is currently available for the following countries. Below you will find the minimum spend threshold for free delivery and delivery timescales. Please note, for countries with additional tax/duty charges, these will be displayed at checkout.

After you have viewed and are happy with your shopping bag, please select the ‘Pay with Borderfree’ button.
Once you select ‘Pay with Borderfree’ you will be taken to the Borderfree website and will be unable to make any changes to your shopping bag. Please note that if you have a Promotion Code this needs to be entered in the ‘Promotion Code’ box on the Feelunique ‘Order Summary’ page. You will then be able to select your preferred delivery option, confirm your order and pay in your local currency. You also have the option to pre-pay duties/taxes/customs. 
Your order total will include delivery fees plus any applicable handling, duties/taxes/customs clearance and parcel protection charges. If you choose to pay duties/taxes/customs upon delivery, you will be required to pay applicable fees to the shipping carrier upon receipt.

Can I purchase or redeem Gift Vouchers using Borderfree?

Unfortunately, Borderfree do not currently support the sale or redemption of Gift Vouchers.

What is your return policy for Borderfree orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by clicking here and we will provide further instructions. 
Please note: Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 28 days of despatch.
We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
Refunds for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired delivery speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.

Delivery will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your delivery destination.

When am I billed and what will my bank statement say?

You will be billed by Borderfree when your order is despatched and your bank statement will read “BF*Feelunique”.

How much duty/taxes/customs will be charged for my order?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
Feelunique will not refund these charges.
Are there any items that cannot be delivered to my country because they are restricted?
Pre-orders, product personalisation, Gift Vouchers and Pick ‘N’ Mix are excluded from Borderfree orders.
Additionally, if for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.
