Order change of address or cancellation

Providing your order has not been despatched you can cancel your order or modify your address using Self-Service.

Cancel your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

  • Click on ‘Welcome (Sign in)’ at the top left of our homepage and login to your account

  • Click on the order you wish to cancel

  • Select 'I would like to cancel this order' in Self-Service options 

  • Finally click ‘Process’

An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your order has been cancelled.

Please note that orders that have already been despatched cannot be amended and will appear in your order history.

 

Updating or Changing Your Address

You can change your billing or delivery address by clicking here. This link will open your Feelunique Address Book, where you can add a new address or edit your existing address. You will need to log into your Feelunique Account in order to complete this process.

 

Changing Your Delivery Address for a Recently Placed Order

Providing your order has not been despatched you can change your delivery address using Self-Service.

To change your delivery address, please follow these simple steps:

  • Click on ‘Welcome (Sign in)’ at the top left of our homepage and login to your account as shown above
  • Click on ‘My Orders’ as shown above
  • Click on the order that needs the delivery address changed

  • Select 'Change delivery address' in self-service options

  • You will be directed to the page below to enter your new address

  • Click on 'Save Address'

An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your order has been despatched to the new address.

Please note that orders that have already been despatched cannot be amended and will appear in your order history.
