If you have registered your return using our returns service and only have the option to 'self-post' please upload your returns receipt and we will reimburse all reasonable charges.

To upload your returns receipt please follow these simple steps:
- Click on the link within your confirmation email (which you will receive once you have registered your return)
- Alternatively please click here
- Whether you use the email link or click here, the page will look as follows;
- Please upload your receipt, complete your details and click on 'Upload receipt'
- You will receive an email confirmation and regular email updates as your returns make their way back to us. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days
