Providing your order has not been despatched you can change your delivery address using self-service.
To change your delivery address, please follow these simple steps:
- Click on ‘My Feelunique’ at the top left of our homepage and login to your account
- Click on ‘My Orders’
- Click on the order that needs the delivery address changed
- Select 'Change delivery address' in self-service options
- You will be directed to the page below to enter your new address
- Click on 'Save Address'
An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your order has been despatched to the new address.
Please note that orders that have already been despatched cannot be amended and will appear in your order history.
