Manage your order

You can manage your orders 24-hours a day, seven days a week in the 'My Orders' section of your Feelunique account. 

Prior to your order being despatched, you can:

• Cancel your order or change the delivery address

Once your order has been despatched, you can:

• Inform us of missing orders, damaged/faulty items, missing items and returns
