Great news, you have been lucky enough to receive a Gift Voucher to spend on our products.
Our Gift Vouchers can be used on everything except Gift Voucher puchase and Sampling Services shipping and handling fees.
There are two simple ways to redeem your Gift Voucher.
Either on our checkout page when you place an order or by applying your Gift Voucher to your account for redemption on your next order.
To use your Gift Voucher on our checkout page when you place an order. Please follow these simple steps:
- Place all of the products you wish to purchase in your Shopping Bag
- Click the bag icon at the top right hand corner of our website
- Review your order
- Click 'Continue checkout' to go to the 'Order summary' page
- Enter your Gift Voucher code into the 'Enter a Promo code or Gift Voucher' box provided towards the bottom of the 'Order summary' page.
To apply your Gift Voucher to your account for redemption on your next order. Please follow these simple steps:
- Click on 'Welcome (Sign in)' at the top left of our homepage and login to your account as shown above
- Click on 'My Gift Vouchers' from the tool bar on the left of the screen
- Enter your Gift Voucher code into the ‘Gift Voucher Code’ box.
- Select 'Submit'
The page will refresh and your Gift Voucher will be redeemed and applied to your next order.
Gift Vouchers do have an expiry date and these will be detailed on your PDF Gift Voucher or on your Gift Voucher confirmation email.
