Prior to despatch your order will show as "pending" whilst being processed in our disctribution centre.
Following the UK Government’s Covid-19 lockdown announcement and with an increasing number of cases in the UK we are implementing extra measures in our distribution centre to protect our colleagues as much as possible. This results in fewer people processing orders than we have been operating with, which is slowing down our deliveries. Please allow up to 10 days for tracked UK deliveries.
If you need your order more urgently, we recommend upgrading your shipping option to Next Day Delivery at checkout to reduce delays.
Once you have shopped with us you will receive emails updating you on the progress of your order. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure the safety of our colleagues at this time.
Order Despatch Information
Your order will display as 'Pending' in you account order history if it is yet to be despatched.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order has been despatched. You may receive multiple despatch confirmation emails if you have placed an order containing items fulfilled by Feelunique and one of our Concession Brands.
Your order may be delayed in the unlikely event that we are unable to locate all of the items you have ordered within our warehouse.
Rest assured that we will work extremely hard to locate the missing items and fulfil your order as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, we will let you know by email and refund the full amount paid for the product.
In some cases our credit insurers or card issuers will ask us to refuse orders; sadly they will not always elaborate on the reason for this with us and you may need to contact your card issuer directly.
A few orders may be delayed due to fraud checking procedures.
For orders fulfilled by Feelunique, if this delay is likely to result in late shipment of your order you should have received an email from us explaining the next steps. If your order has not been despatched within 48 hours and you have not received our email, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
