Specific delivery request


For UK customers whose orders are fulfilled by Feelunique using our Tracked UK delivery service there are options within the checkout process for you to send a note to the courier asking them to leave the parcel in a specific place.

When you proceed to Checkout there is a box where you can fill out any special delivery instructions that you may have to ensure that delivery is most convenient for you. For example “please leave with neighbour at number 4” or “please leave in garage”.

This message will only be accessible to the driver at the point of delivering your order.
