Please note that due to strict postal weight restrictions, some orders will need to be sent in more than one package.
These packages may arrive at different times.
You are able to check if your order was sent in more than one package on either your despatch confirmation email, which looks like this:
Or, by viewing your order history in your account:
- Click on 'MyFeelunique' at the top left of our homepage and login to your account
- Select 'My Orders' from the toolbar on the left hand side
- Click on the order you would like to check
- This will redirect you to this screen
- The above will show if your order has been shipped in either 1 or 2 packages
