If a mobile telephone number is not added to the billing address, you will not be able to select the Click & Collect ParcelShop delivery option.
If you would like to amend your billing address mobile telephone number within your account, please follow these simple steps:
- At the Order Summary click ‘edit’ along Billing Address
- Here you are able to add your telephone number
- Click ‘save and continue’ to return back to the order summary page and complete your order. You will then be able to select Click & Collect ParcelShop delivery option
