I cannot select Click & Collect ParcelShop delivery


If a mobile telephone number is not added to your account, you will not be able to select the Click & Collect ParcelShop delivery option.

To amend your mobile telephone number within your account, please follow these simple steps:

  • Go to 'Account Details' in your Feelunique account

  • Input your Telephone number and click 'Save details'

  • To continue with your order simply go back to the Order Summary Page and select the 'Click & Collect' delivery option
