With 52% of British men sporting a beard or moustache, looking after your facial hair has never been more important. From dry brittle bushes to itchy, flaking skin conditions, growing and maintaining facial hair can raise a mine field of problems.

First things first, what is beardruff? When beard follicles get to a certain stage they start to exhaust the amount of sebum that is naturally produced by the skin. The skin will then start to dry out and produce dandruff like flakes. The key to tackling this problem is keeping the hair and skin sufficiently cleansed and moisturised, substituting the natural sebum with essential oils to prevent any signs of beardruff!
